The Upper Darby Historical Society was founded in 1984, for the purpose of preserving historic sites, documents, monuments, and artifacts in Upper Darby Township. Presently, the society, working with the Township Council and the Upper Darby Historical Commission, is committed to the preservation and restoration of the Collen Brook Farm. The mansion opened in June of 1997. The society is developing a house museum and educational research facility known as the “Smith-Lewis Center for Local History.”
VICTORIAN TEA PARTY

Enjoy Victorian-style entertainment and the history of tea by Story Artist, Rosalind Benton. Guests are invited to dress for the occasion. Perhaps even come as a Downton Abbey character. Bring your own special teacup!
Seating is limited. Reservations are required and indicate which day for your reservation. A check for $20 must be received by Tuesday, March 29 (or call 610-789-2324).
